COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bailey’s Ale is a hoppy blond ale named after our happy blonde labrador. It’s made with a bit of malted wheat and Centennial hops for a refreshing citrusy finish. It’s unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for freshness. We hope you enjoy this beer.

Draft @ Logan "brewpub" - crystal clear light gold with bubbly white head lingering; dry malt, sticky bitter lemons, crisp grassy hops; has a very mild buttery flavor in the finish; sticky dry, some lemons and vanilla cookies; thin texture with lively carbonation; butter and bitter grass; it’s peanut butter jelly time!!

22oz bomber from grape & gourmet. pours a bright, yellow-gold, with a half-inch, soft white head and very nice lacing. aroma is very nice with fresh, citrusy hop notes of grapefruit and orange with sweet, floral esters, crackery malts, honey, and hints of canned pineapple and belgian yeast. flavor is very tasty as well with dry, citrus notes of white grapefruit and lemon rind up front with a spicy, piney, grassy presence coming through mid-palate and backed up by light, bready malts and a touch of wheat. palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied with brisk carbonation and a dry, bitter, citrus finish. overall, a damn tasty blonde ale. and bonus points for the cool lab on the label!

Bottle. Amber pour with a short, dense white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, soft malt, floral hops and grains. Big lemon and grapefruit juice flavors come through first along with soft grains, sweet malt, floral notes and soft spiciness. Body is medium and very bitter (almost aspirin-like). Soft, prickly carbonation. Ends with more bitter hops, citrus finds, grapefruit juice, and sweet malt.

22 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear golden color with a medium frothy white head. Good head retention and lacing. The aroma is fairly faint with notes of sweet malts and muted hops. The taste is bitter hops, pale malts, some nutty notes, a bit of bread and crackers. Fairly dry. Medium bodied. Not bad.

On tap at the Cisco Bar, Terminal B, Logan Airport, Boston MA. Straw yellow. Slight haze. Flowery hop aroma. Sharp fruity flavour. Hops evident but not so aromatic as on the palate as on the nose. Light, fairly dry mouthfeel. Clean and refreshing. Decent stuff. Had no idea this was 7.5%. Dangerously drinkable for the strength.

Pale golden pour with a nice sticky white head. The nose is fairly hoppy up front with a lot of grapefruit and a bit of sweet fruit as well. A touch of light earthiness with a kiss of light zestiness. A little bit of lingering orange peel flavour. It’s pretty nice really. Good balance with a nice hoppy finish.
