COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bailey’s Ale is a hoppy blond ale named after our happy blonde labrador. It’s made with a bit of malted wheat and Centennial hops for a refreshing citrusy finish. It’s unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for freshness. We hope you enjoy this beer.

Pretty hoppy for a blond ale. Hops are floral, piney, and a rather soapy. Almost throws it out of balance, but there is just enough bready malts to keep it together.

Bottle shared by jsquire. Large very fizzy white head that mostly diminished, very little lacing, hazy, minimal carbonation, and a golden hue. Nose was hoppy, citrus and malty. Flavor was semi-sweet, bitter, hoppy, and citrus. Slightly tingly mouthfeel and medium in body. Just an okay beer IMO as the flavor just didn’t come together for me and ended up being a bit boring of a drink. Not one that I want to have again.

This bottled brew from JSquire poured a very large sized head of foamy off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated orange colored body and spiderweb lacing. The aroma was hoppy and floral. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and mild hops. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again.

750 ml bottle purchased at Oak Tree. Pours an orange/yellow with a large frothy bubbly white head, man just about anything looks good inside a Duvel tulip!! Floral aroma with notes of light honey, cirusy hops, amber malt and perhaps a very very slight touch of wheat. Medium bodied, slightly creamy and a bitter finish. Flavor of amber malts, honey, citrus fruit and hops that is all tied together with a slight soapiness on the finish. This beer could easily be sessioned.

Reminded me a bit of Cooper’s Ale from Australia. Pours a cloudy amber with small head. Aroma is yeasty with a bit of an acrid urine note. The addition of wheat malt is noticable in the mouthfeel. Finish is sharp and bitter, but malt character is lacking. Lacks a good meld of flavors leaving me with a feeling that the brew is somehow unfinished. Like an amatuer homebrew pale ale.

This beer poured out of the bottle with a huge, unruly off white head. It was all I could do to coax it into the glass. Golden color with a light grainy and grassy hop nose. Orange peel, apricot fruitiness over a light bready backbone. The finish tends toward a citrus peel bitterness. Not very interesting.

Hazy golden body under a humongous white head. Citrus and pine hops in the nose with some tropical fruit but not amounting to anything truly inviting. Lots of carbonation. Spice and bitterness in the taste with a hint of sweet. Mediocre.

POurs gold with a decent head. The notes of hops out did ythe malt. The palate was rich of malt but balanced out well with the citrus of the hops. I nice firm finish.

(Rating #1112)
