COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bailey’s Ale is a hoppy blond ale named after our happy blonde labrador. It’s made with a bit of malted wheat and Centennial hops for a refreshing citrusy finish. It’s unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for freshness. We hope you enjoy this beer.

Blonde beer with frothy white head. Head disappears rather quickly. Nice fruity nose. Hoppy. Very citrusy. Tastes very much like lemons. Finish is bitter and lingers on the palate awhile.

A mostly lasting large creamy white head tops up a hazy light yellow body. Moderate lacing. No particles. Few small bubbles. Aroma presents malt being light grain with hay overtones. Hops are moderate floral... Yeast character is moderate earth. Also, there are . Flavor is medium acidic while development is mineral with salty notes. Low complexity. Finish is medium . Light to medium body... watery texture... Fizzy carbonation...

It ranks high in my book, and not because I’m from the island either. I smelled some form of citrus when I opened this. The head was ok. I tasted some more citrus, and that was it.

12 ounce bottle from the beer of the month club, poured into a long thin pilsner type glass. Cloudy yellow straw color with a thick foamy head that recedes quickly. Some light fruity aromas, citrusy and even a little tropical. Very different malty type flavor with a spicy hop profile that’s mostly grassy with a bit citrusy piney mix along with a very dry lingering finish. Pretty lite bodied and well carbonated. Somewhat easy to drink, not anything what I expected. Very big flavor profile that I found leaving myself wanting more.

Just couldn’t get into this one. Poured a HUGE head with even the gentlest pour. Tasted excessively bitter without the flavor essence of hops, and a bit of sourness to boot.

High quality beer no doubt. First few sips the best - lots of flavor up front, hoppy finish but brief and crisp. After five sips, different story. Dry, bitter. Not exactly a blonde. But hearty, and goes the distance.

cloudy, golden/amber color, very bubbly but full head, lace, aroma is slightly reminiscent of a wheat beer though not as fruity, some yeasty spiciness present, lightly hopped as well; flavor has a yeasty mustiness and is also bitter, slightly spicy and hoppy, extremely bubbly

This one was quite sweet and different for me. It’s too plain, but it does have more malt than typical blond ales I’ve had.

Terrific summer beer that reminded me more of a wheat beer - with its subtle hoppy characteristics and cloudy pour. Simple hoppy aromas, some malts but overall - very mild. Flavors were very refreshing, lots of citrus and some mild sweetness. Not bad!

Light citris aroma, a glass filling head becoming attractively ragged and airy as it diminishes. Initial light sweetness, soft feel and finishing off slightly dry.
