Nose of floral earthy hops, nice citrusy undertones as well. Dry and grainy, definitely light wheat and bread. Pours pale golden, nice head and decent lace. The flavor is dry with light bread, grain, wheat, citrus and floral bitterness. Light, but nice and hoppy, fresh and bitter. Dry and resiny. Good blonde.

Strong citrus-orange-grapefruit aroma has a mildly chalky undertone. Hazy blonde body is topped by a decent and lasting, fine bubbled white head. Strong bitterness with a heavy, tart, citrus hop character and a light chalky, husky grain flavour and a very mineralic finish. Strong carbonation to the light body. Bottle (State Line Liquors, MD, Oct-05) sampled with GonZoBeeR, MartinT, Rastacouere and Siroy.

Bottle shared with the gang at Decemberfest 2006 -- my bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-yellow with a huge lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy along with some fruit -- nice! Flavour’s very hoppy (lots of citrus hops), fruity and quite fresh and refreshing. Medium bodied. A nice surprise, sure it’s a little one-dimensional and you have to like lots of citrus hops but I really liked it!

Mini growler from Half-Time. Pours a hazy light yellow with a hefty cream head. Citrus hops and lemon on the nose. Body is thin to medium, with some sweetness. Finishes slowly with a bit of grapefruit and quinine bitterness. Much different than what I was expecting (id est, a simple boring uncomplicated blond), and it was quite a nice surprise.

[136-20061209] Bottle. Very nice light sweet aroma with some celery, strawberry, kiwi, lychee and citrusy notes. Cloudy, yellow-orange body with many tiny bubbles throughout and a medium-lasting creamy white head. Flavour is again citrusy, lychee and quite hoppy. Light-medium body, good complexity. Nice togetherness.

Bottle. Amber pour with a short, dense white head. Aroma is citrus fruit, soft malt, floral hops and grains. Big lemon and grapefruit juice flavors come through first along with soft grains, sweet malt, floral notes and soft spiciness. Body is medium and very bitter (almost aspirin-like). Soft, prickly carbonation. Ends with more bitter hops, citrus finds, grapefruit juice, and sweet malt.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 thedm (4125) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 1, 2008
This bottled brew from JSquire poured a very large sized head of foamy off-white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated orange colored body and spiderweb lacing. The aroma was hoppy and floral. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and mild hops. A decent one but not one that I would consider drinking again.
