Bottled. A dark brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, wood, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart woody finish.

Botle 75 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours a dark brown - close to black - with a vague tint of orange and a beige head. Tart aroma, some dark fruits and loads of Brett and wood. Medium body only, dry dark fruits with a little roast, tart woody notes, raisins and loads of lacto too. Somewhat astringent. A very sophisticated blend. 180311

75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and wineous. Fruity, dark malty, roasted and acetic wineous. Lingering fruity, dry and slight sulphorish. Ends dry.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy dark brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Light acidic aroma of cranberries and oak. Light acidic flavour of red wine, berries and oak. Tart finish.

Thanks PapFather. Dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Sour aroma with hard roasted malt, lacto, sour cranberries and wood. Flavor was sour with notes of oak, hard roasted malt, lacto, cranberries, tannins and brett.

(750ml bottle, courtesy of Exiled) Pours a mahogany body with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, wood, cranberries, leather, vinous, and dark chocolate. Flavor of roasted malt, cranberries, sour cherry, brett, herbs, lacto, and red plums with a dry wood finish.

75cl bottle, thanks mdfb79. Small tan head atop murky cola brown body. Aroma is moderately sweet, raisin, some cherry. Taste is moderately sweet, raisin, cherry, sour/tart, some milk chocolate. Light stickiness, medium body, low carbonation.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear deep red/brown - offwhite head. Roasted, rubber, berries, cranberries, lovely bretty, wine barrel notes, oakey, sparkling feeling, light vinegar, light sharpness. Lovely.

Botella. Deep dark brown colour. Sweet roastymalty dark fruity and sour like aroma. Good mouthfeel. Roasty malty dark fruity sour like pleasant woodish flavour.
