COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The name "Grey Lady" comes from the nickname for the often-foggy island for which it is brewed. This hazy, Belgian-style Wit emits a complex, earthy nose with sophisticated notes. The sift, malty mid-palate has wicked good zesty hints but gives way to a delectably dry finish. Quenching!

Murky pale yellow with fair, creamy, white head / Delicate, soapy, and herbal nose / Light body, some sweetness, watery, with thin finish / Flavors of soap, herbs, and cream / So of like drinking shampoo. Peculiar and mediocre.

Cloudy yellow color, white head. Malty, herbal, some citrus taste, weak though. Moussy, a bit thin mouthfeel, low bitterness. Citrus, sweet scent.

bottle... ugly dark straw, watery ugly off white head... the aroma is terrible, lotion, aloe, wheat and spice, not good... taste is super sweet, candy, juice, generic with a bit of a sour finish... big time pass

Tap at the airport in Boston, MA. Light golden color with orange highlights. The nose is sweet, some banana with a spicy ginger finish. The taste is moderately light and sweet, with a slightly bready finish. The palate’s watery, a slightly wet finish. Overall, OK, one of the better beers I’ve had at an airport :)

Bottle. My second Cisco beer tonight that was overly fizzy. Unlike the Bailey’s, this one is champagne-like in its fizziness, effervescent to a fault. Super light and barley yellow, this drinks like a fruit spritzer more than a beer, even a wit. Super sweet and puckeringly sweet, this is bordering into the Berliner weisse range. 22 ounce thanks to Brandon. Orange body. Zest. Some peach. Big coriander. Ok. Kind of odd finish.

Long Island, NY - 22 oz. bottle, it poured a golden hazy color with no head and minimal lace. As you bring it up for a sip you get a slight sweet aroma, maybe of honey. The taste has a slight peach tone which finishes with a bitter bite. Not a bad Witbier but it can’t compare with the heavy hitters (Ommegang, DFH) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

while not bad, there is a weird soapy/chemical aftertaste that throws off the whole balance of the beer. could have gotten a skunky bottle. might have to try it again some other time. otherwise, a decent beer, but more like a hefe as far as a flavor profile goes.
