Bottled. Slightly pale hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is barnyard, citrus, some spices and mild notes of spruce. Flavour is rather much the same. Quite funky and nice.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is strangely spicy, seems like cardamum or something. Has some lemon and a little metal. Rather thin finish.

22oz bottle–the head dissipates to a white ring and hazy straw color. Aroma is bready, yeasty, spice (cardimum?), floral, secondary sweet grain. Taste is pear, bready, yeasty, spice (cardimum?), floral, secondary sweet grain/wheat/light malt, earthy. Easy, towards medium body.

Bomber from Half Time. Pours hazy light gold with a transient white head. Aroma is somewhat bready. Not quite medium body. Flavor is very zesty. It is a bit bready. It’s sort of gingery/spicey. On one level it’s like a saison. On another it’s a spicey wit. Quite its own thing.

A hazy milkey wit with a thin white head. In aroma, nice perfumey wit with mashed bananas. In mouth, a bizarre candied ginger taste, a bit bizarre. Lighter bodied. On tap at Cisco Brewpub, Logan Airport, Nov. 15 2009.

Bottle… Pours lightly hazed and yellow with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Good retention. Aromatically, white bread, sugar cookie and a moderate coriander really standout. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and lively carbonation. The flavor is reminiscent of a gose – pale malt, clove and coriander with a touch of acidity and a pinch of salt. Crisp, mostly clean finish.
