COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The name "Grey Lady" comes from the nickname for the often-foggy island for which it is brewed. This hazy, Belgian-style Wit emits a complex, earthy nose with sophisticated notes. The sift, malty mid-palate has wicked good zesty hints but gives way to a delectably dry finish. Quenching!

Tallahassee, Fl - New Leaf Market - 12 oz bottle. Pours a murky dark golden-orange with a slight white head - light lacing. Fruit forward aroma with lemon and tangerine and a hint of yeast. Refreshing flavor, some lemony citrus notes, a touch of saffron spiciness, a touch of licorice. Mouthfeel has a very nice spritz to it. A nice summer refresher.

(Rating #1110)

Tap at the airport in Boston, MA. Light golden color with orange highlights. The nose is sweet, some banana with a spicy ginger finish. The taste is moderately light and sweet, with a slightly bready finish. The palate’s watery, a slightly wet finish. Overall, OK, one of the better beers I’ve had at an airport :)

Mostly clear, bright gold with a thin fading white head. Earthy coriander and wheaty aroma, with a tint of lemon citrus. Taste was freshly lemon with a big earthy wheat and coriander tone. Light on the spice. Pretty citrusy (lemon), but is missing something that is supposed to make an excellent Wit. Can’t put my finger on it. Dang enjoyable, but pretty average.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a slightly hazy yellow-golden color with a medium sized soapy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was faint citrus and must with a light vague spicy undertone. The flavor was tangy orange and lemon with light undertones of must, pepper and cardboard. The finish was short with lemon and yeast. Medium body. Pleasant.

Pours a hazy amber with a lare white sustained head. Smells of citrus, some spice, touches of coriander. Tastes of honeydew, some oranges, hints of spice. Mouthfeel is syruppy. Finish yields some residual sugar hints.

Bottle. My second Cisco beer tonight that was overly fizzy. Unlike the Bailey’s, this one is champagne-like in its fizziness, effervescent to a fault. Super light and barley yellow, this drinks like a fruit spritzer more than a beer, even a wit. Super sweet and puckeringly sweet, this is bordering into the Berliner weisse range.
