2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light clear yellow color. A little thin and watery but there is a bit of lemon peel especially on the finish. Aroma has a touch if spice but lots of lemon again.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 5/20
Rating from 2010. Vielen Dank an Micha! Das Bier ist gelb-orange und ziemlich trüb. Sehr CO²-arm.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from total wine in Orlando. Pours hazy as promised. Thin head. Aroma is coriander and ginger. Taste is coriander and ginger. With a ginger finish. Looking back at the description, I am missing the "complex, earthy nose with sophisticated notes." I think you could use that to describe motor oil as well... but hey... it’s still beer? At 4.5%, just barely. The comparison in other ratings to ginger ale is apt. Still, not an entirely unpleasant quaff.

12 ox bottle at Broom’s Light Up Night party. If you like ’em dry you might enjoy this. Very little spice and dry as a desert. Somewhat or a lot pretentious.

2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can into tulip thanks to Cisco rep at Beachwood BBQ Seal Beach who just happened to be eating at the same time I was. Light yellow with thin white head. Aroma is coriander, clove, citrus zest, wheat malt. Flavor is similar with earthy bitter undertones. Spice notes are very strong. Finish is crisp and dry. Light bodied and thin feeling with moderate carbonation. Not something I’d go back to.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The Sampler, Brooklyn 12oz ($3.50): Yeah, I overpaid for this mediocre beer. In any case, light yellow pour with white head. Aroma is coriander. Taste is pretty much ginger ale with more coriander in it. I never had a beer that tastes so perfectly like ginger ale. Would be a great intro beer for some people I suppose.

Bottle. Strong coriander spice note. To strong for my liking. Would not try again.

Has a hazy light yellow pour. Aroma caught me off guard based in color - very strong citrus and cinnamon. Taste is a mix of a sweet citrus (orange and lemon) like a summer beer but also some Oktoberfest qualities with some pumpkin and light cinnamon.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A ¾ pint bottle from the bottle bar (Biers Sans Frontiers) at GBBF 13, shared with Finn H. Next to clear golden coloured body. Faint, but lasting, white head. Perfumed floral nose, as well as hints of herbal hops. Blended flavours of candid and tart citrus added by a touch of ginger. Bittersweet end, mid-dry. Easy to drink. Different and okay to drink (Tromsø, 30.10.2013).

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Smells just like a Belgian wit. Flavor is fairly heavy on the orange with a little bit of wheat. A pretty solid beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours like straw with a touch of chill haze under a soft white head which fades into a soft layer with a bubbly collar.
Coriander and dill. Candied ginger. Lemon peel, curacao oranges, and grains of paradise. Spicy whole grains. Cracked peppercorns. All the aromas are full integrated.
Medium-light weight but the flavors are definitely not lacking. Candied ginger and gingerbread. The ginger lingers and tingles atop my tongue. Lemon rind along the edges. Slightly drying. Sunflower seeds in the middle. Coriander and grains of paradise in the back and in the breath.
A solid Belgian White that is easily quaffable and easily forgettable.
