COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Finally an American-style IPA from us... This beautiful red-orange ale has a full malty body balanced by a fruity apricot/grapefruit nose. Mounds of dank Summit hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop additions provide a deliciously quenching finish to this East meets West-coast ale.

The aroma is hoppy and malty with grassy, citrus, and pine hops and the malts being caramel. The appearance is hazy amber with a huge head. The taste is like the aroma but neither sweet nor astringent. The palate is thin but OK. The beer is overall quite interesting yet not completely satisfying.

Poured golden orange with decent head that faded quickly. Smelled of grass and hops. Tasted grassy with nice bitter hop finish

12oz bottle from Premier Gourmet. Hazy amber with a huge fluffy off-white lasting head. Solid citrus and leafy aroma, quite juicy yet dry. Taste follows, a bit of cocoa roast, earthy .... dry, a bit tart. Average body, astringent, mild carbonation, long gritty/resin finish. Not bad.

It smells nice and tastes nice, which is expected from a nice IPA. But how it stands up to the rest of the field, it is nice but nothing out of this world.

Bottle [12oz]. Pours a clear, very bubbly orange-copper with a large lasting fluffy white head. Nice aroma of citrus hops, pine hops, citrus fruit, caramel malt and a hint of spice. Flavour of piney hops foremost followed by citrus, yeast, some alcohol, caramel malt, spices and a decent, long bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty good, I enjoyed it.

Pours copper with white head. Aroma is fragrant pine, earthyness and some citrus. Taste is sweet with a bittersweet finish. Mouthfeel is sticky with lingering drying finish. A very tasty IPA.

Amber pour, foamy white head. Aroma is very citrusy and sweet, but with a bit of a fume spike I don’t much care for. Flavor is also very hoppy and apricoty. Not as balanced as I’d like. Harsh.
