Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a moderate white head. Nose is quite dry and very sour with just a hint of some fruit elements underneath. Taste is also dry and will make your mouth pucker up. Interesting and very nice for the style.

This beer is better than the sum of its parts. I was not sure what to expect when somebody opened it but after just a sniff I was sold. It only got better after a few sips. This is a sour release that can stand with the best of them and not feel overwhelmed.

Aroma / Appearance - A lemony yellowy base sparkles like a sour champagne. Looking like liquid dandelions it has minimal carbonation. Vinegar, lemon rinds, and a sharp lactic feel grab one’s attention immediately. It does not tone down as it sits either.

Flavor / Palate - The sharp cheesy feel brings to mind top notch sours. Vinegar provides an acetic texture that clears the palate. This actually could be mistaken for a quality lambic if you didn’t tell me it came from the East Coast.

750ml bottle in a tulip. Pours light golden with a lacy, white head. Aroma of white wine, a little oak, light fruits, and some tartness. Flavor a really nice blend with notes of pineapple. Average texture for the style. A really interesting beer.
