COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Two year old Nantucket Flemish-style red aged on whole sour cherries for 10 months. This is similar to sipping the idea of what a "cherry" is... UNREAL.

Unclear medium amber red color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, moderate to light heavy cherry, wood, cherry stones, tart cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, cherry stones, tart, artificial marzipan, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110223]

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of jleblanc. Pours a hazy reddish with a beige head. Tart cherry aroma, vanilla and marzipan - rather sophisticated. Medium body, dry cherry notes, the fruits really rule here. Again vanilla and marzipan with a dry and slightly tart finish. Very pleasant and sophisticated. 230211

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Bruce for this one. Hazy red - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crispy. Nice level of sourness, ie not too much. Zippy cherry and a touch of lemon. Finishes dry refreshing.
