Bomber. Quite dark roasted color and aroma. Coffee and chocolate in the flavor. Mouthfeel is quite thin. I am not impressed.

Apr 29, 2008 Pours a deep brown with amber notes and a huge bubbly light tan head that left some sticky lacing. Aroma of tart cherries, roasted malt, chocolate, some coffee and an interesting sweet sourness. Flavor of chocolate, sour cherries, coffee and some funky sourness. I think this bottle is infected...but still nice. Sourness came across as a sour/tart cherry which complimented the chocholate/roast nicely.

Mar 23, 2008 750 ml. Huge, spewing from the bottle head doesn’t stick around atop this opaque black beer. Burnt grain, cocoa, and coffee aroma has a faint plastic tinge to it. Flavor is bitter dark cocoa, bitter char and bitter green herbs. Body is light-medium, tingly, and way too frothy with carbonation. Big disappointment.
