3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
750ml corked and caged bottle. This one has a light peachiness and a sourness that is nonexistent until the finish where it gives a nice sharp puckering note. Pleasant beer but nothing mindblowing.

November 29, 2014 - bottle from AV3. Orangish pour with nice amount of head that faded quickly. Aroma was tart, woody and citrus/fruity. Taste was nicely balanced with the wood and sour fruit. Light and refreshing with medium body and bubbly carbonation.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Thanks, Jeff. Semi-clear amber body with a slightly off-white head that fades to a thin collar quickly. Aroma of dusty peach, popcorn kernels, mild grassy, green, & slightly vegetal floral notes, a big of tart, acidic stone fruits lingering hard on the back-end. Flavor full of sour lemon, lacto, acidic peach, lightly juicy with a strong rush of drying oak mid-palate to finish. Some dusty hay-funk coats the palate into the aftertaste; leaves the mouth dry & tart.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light citrus, peach, grass, and a touch of grain. It pours a mostly transparent gold with a touch of haze and minimal white head that quickly fades to a fine ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts moderate sour peach and citrus. The finish has moderate lemon with a touch of white wine. It’s light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From notes. Tasted 12/18/12 from a corked and caged 750mL bottle. Pours pale golden with a thin white head that leaves a thin collar of lace. The nose is peach, pale malt, vanilla/coconut oak, and plenty of citrus, light vinegar. The flavor is very sour with tons of peach, and all of the pale malt and oak from the nose still discernible through the sourness. The body is light with average carbonation and a long tart, sour, tannic peach and oak finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle share: Mild peach and stone fruit with moderate acidic tartness. Some wheat huskiness and could have been cleaner on the finish. While I did detect some sulfur when 1st poured it did go away. I and not a big fan of peaches honestly so it does not bother me that the peach character is faint.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by Nolen, thanks! Pours cloudy, small off white head, dissipates quickly, minimal lacing. Aroma is a bit sulfuric with peaches, skins, lemon, cheesy funk. Sulphur aroma diminishes as the beer breathes. Flavor is quite tart, peachy, a bit sulfuric, lemon. Light body, minimal carbonation.
