2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Keg @ Cisco Brew Pub, Logan. Light amber with hardly any head. Nose is pretty meager. Brown bread and caramel. A bit of vegetable. Little going for it. Solar flavor. A bit f soapy white bread. Light grass. Brown sugar. Lacks character. Light body, soft carbonation. So underwhelming.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle pours a clear, burnt orange with some thin, white head. Nose is interesting, from afar it has quite a bit of spice - cinnamon/nutmeg/powdered ginger, up close it has some root veg, some carrot, some spaghetti squash, some odditities too like tomato and celery seed. Flavor has a lot more tomato, a little ketchup, a little waxy, some root veg, white pepper, coriander. Slim finish. Strange.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Poured into a frosted mug from a bottle. Aroma of an IPA and taste like an IPA,I don’t taste any spice or pumpkin at all. Nothing but hops. Pretty much an IPA with a cool looking label. This is my 5th pumpkin beer I’ve sampled tonight and nothing yet has beat Shipyard Pumpkinhead.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Good orange pour w/ a white head that leaves nice lacing. The aroma is too soft & unappealing. The flavor is lacking in spice & is rather dry which doesn’t make it the best for the palate. Certainly not one of the better pumpkins I’ve had!

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, pours copper with medium head. Subtle aroma of fall spices. The flavor is less spice-driven, with some sour off-notes from the yeast and not a whole lot else. Not a great pumpkin beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft sample at Cincy Beerfest 2014 on Fountain Square. Pours a clear orange with a small white head. Notes of pale and cereal malts, vegetal pumpkin, very faint spice, and some sweet pie crust. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a very lightly malty mouthfeel. This pumpkin ale is very light, and not particularly spicy. If that’s your thing, this is for you.

12 oz can from Eagle in Pittsburgh. This was a very pleasant and enjoyable seasonal. Particularly nice spicing and just the right amount of alcohol.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, copper, minimal white head and no lacing. Aroma is mild spices and malts. Taste is also a bit too mild, sweet, spices and pumpkin. Nice and drinkable.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours an amber with one finger head with moderate to heavy lacing . Aroma of toasted malt, pumpkin, little hops. Moderately bitter with small amount of pumpkin spice. Bitterness overpowers the pumpkin. Medium bitter finish. This is an okay brew
