(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy golden body with moderate white head. Aroma of florals, earth, horseblanket, and barnyard. Flavor of citrus, light funkiness, cardboard, and minerals with a dry mouthfeel. Somewhat uninteresting, blah…

Pouring at the Night of the Funk event in Boston. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow. Sweet with light hops, and a bit of musk. A little medicinal with a light funk. Finishes dry and still medicinal.

Sample at Night of the Funk 2009: Pours a hazy light golden with a white film of head. Herbal, hempy aroma with mild chamomile and spearmint notes. Light bodied. The flavor is slightly tart with again an herbal presence. A mild honeyish back is accompanied by a citric acidity. The tartness precedes a later herbal/spearmint note. Definitely dry and tasty. Another unique and herbal sour from Cisco.
