(Draught) Pours a murky yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of manure, florals, vinous, and herbs. Flavor of florals, nuts, molasses, maple, herbs, light funkiness, vinous, some fruit, and subtle chocolate.

Pouring at the Night of the Funk event in Boston. Pours a hazy pink tinged gold with a thin straw hued white head. Strawberries and bubblegum on the nose. Sweet doesn’t even begin to cover this one. Cloying but tasty. Nice light tang on the finish.

Sample at Night of the Funk 2009: Hazy golden with a dense white film that retains well. Very unique aroma- herbal with apparent chamomile, some very soft honey presence, and lavender- more like a spice beer but quite complex so I have to give it credit. Creamy body with a unique flavor as well. Very herbal and mildly sweet. Notes of strawberry, chamomile, mild apricot with an overall honeyish background. Not very sour, but very complex and unique. I liked this one a lot. Interesting.
