Commercial Description:
The lager is the lightest, most refreshing of our beers. It's a classic Bavarian style lager with a delicious bready malt palate and an assertive noble hop finish. It just makes your mouth beg for more...
Called Winter Vintage when released during the winter.

When I opened this it almost exploded. Foam came flowing out for quite a while. When it finally settled the color was a cloudy golden color. Aroma is of floral, malts, wheat, yeast, and citrus. Taste is medium bodied with a skunked wheat, hops, malt, and aluminum flavor. Has an aluminum bite in the end.

Cisco Sucks! Cisco Sucks! Well, at least their quality control does. Once again, I get an explosion of foam and have to wait 20 minutes until the beer is at least remotely drinkable. Pours all foam into a shaker. Meringue head fills glass and seafoams as it recedes. Lemon joy aromas. Crisp lemon muffin upfront turning to a sharp metallic hop finish. Not a bad beer once the negative pour experience recedes.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, grass, herbs, yeast, slight lemon, and a hint of citrus. Poured gold/yellow/orange in color with a large, foamy, creamy, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium bitter. Tastes of yeast, slight spices, hops, pale malts, slight grass, and a bit of lemon. Medium body. Dry texture. Average to slightly lively carbonation. Bitter, yeast, hops, slight lemon finish is dry.

[2010-20090219] 1pt9.4floz bottle. Citrus hops and sour/dry hay aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a long-lasting creamy white head and some lacing. Sour citrus sneakers flavour has lots of weird dry or old yeast and possible hints of green apple. Medium body is medium sour. A little old but otherwise fine.

Bottle (750ml) shared with HogTownHarry, garthicus, GregClow, jerc & mabel -- c/o HogTownHarry. As ’Cisco Winter Vintage’. Pours a hazy golden-orange with an average size frothy white head. Aromas better then expected: Fruity along with light hops, slightly tart and citrusy. Flavour is citrusy, a bit tart and spicy along with some light floral hops -- could be more flavourful. Average bodied. Not too shabby at all.

Bottle (750ml). Shared with blankboy, garthicus, gregclow, jerc and mabel. Cloudy amber-gold, floaties, and an average lasting white frothy-fizzy white head. Slightly tart aroma of light cereal grain, herbal hops and green pear. Lemon and green apple taste, spicy, sharply carbonated, acidic - okay, it’s a tad old, but still crisp and refreshing.
