Apr 13, 2008 Capped 750. Lightly hazed gold with a thick, off white head. Mild, grassy nose, a touch of tartness, some fruitiness - interesting. Flavor is grassy and tart, a sourdough breadiness. Not bad, but too far to the tart side for the style. Good spiderweb lacing. Lemony finish. Eh.

Jan 1, 2008 Feb. 2006 - Beer poured pale golden color with huge head and lacing. Very pretty. Aroma was sweet citrusy and spicey. Taste was mild but pleasant. Very enjoyable. A great summer beer (even though I had it in the winter!).

Nov 21, 2007 Big ol’ bottle: Golden and spritzy with a towering plume of bright white foam that is slow to subside. The aroma is quite sweet and biscuity. It drinks with quite the slippery, sweet bready feel. Very even keeled, without much to really say about it ... just a smooth lager. (#3214, 11/21/2007)
