Copper pour with big, frothy, white head. Aroma of bready malt, buttery hops. Tastes bready malty, with some caramel and fruit at the finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy light orange, off-white head is timid. Almost smoky aroma with house cleaning stuff hints and a tart tingy. Sweet and floral yet tart and earthy. Growing spicy hops bitterness, light carbonation. A bit stale.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
750 ml Bottle. Amber in color. Sour tasting. Citrusy. Aroma of lemons. Yeasty and hoppy. Not one of my favorites. Hops are harsh.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle at the Brickskeller, with Argo0 and BuckNaked. This was impossible to pour without a massive head and the foam continued to slowly ooze from the bottle throughout. Getting through the foam to reach the beer and drinking enough to pour some more before the bottle overflowed again was a constant struggle. I found it rather hard to get beyond this irritation and concentrate on the beer. Orangey colour, cloudy (obviously). Aroma is yeasty and hoppy, with citrus and fruit in the flavour. Quite dry and fresh tasting. OK, but Iím sure I would have appreciated this more without the horrendous over-carbonation.

2.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Dark amber color with a miniscule off white head. Caramel and malt aromas dominate the nose. From here the beer takes a turn for the worse. Itís a clash of malt and grassy mildly harsh hops. Thereís just no balance to this beer. Itís not awful but Iíll pass on another.

1.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
I am stunned to see that this is rated so high ... are you kidding me? No balance whatsoever, this a downright atrocity. Bland, really flat, uninspiring flavor. Brewed with salt water. Thatís a lie, I apologize, the real way they brew this is they put a whale in a massive pool full of less-than-avaerage pale ale, then collect this crap as it spouts out of the whaleís blow hole. Horrible.
