An amber English-style ale that has a nice balance between hops and malt. It's the most popular of our beers and the most versatile in terms of pairing with food or people.

Red pour with a thin head. No aroma. Taste was a little odd. Hints of grain. Lots of carbonation. Pretty boring. Slight dish soap in the taste. Some hints of hops that I’ve never tasted.

Clear golden amber with a bright white head and moderate lace. Bready malt aromas with a sharp resinous spike. Malt sweetness up front supports a lively piney hop bitterness. Medium body and carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, and a rich bready finish.

Bottle. Medium amber-orange, low white head of short duration. Aroma is fruity hops and sweet caramel. The palate is fruity caramel with some definite diacetyl (and I’m not normally bothered by it that much), low bitterness. Not very good.
