3.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 eyes_wide_shut (107) - Haifa, - JUN 15, 2012At a tasting in Nimrod Rosenblatt house in Haifa during a blind tasting, 12 fl oz, 3/4 pint bottle, pours amber color with nice off-white head that dissipates very quickly, sparkling, excellent citrus fruits, candy and nut aroma, disappointing and slightly anemic taste, light body, dry and slightly sweet aftertaste, light and flowing, slips in the mouth, overall a balanced beer, although the taste is disappointing relative to the aroma.

Had this from a bottle at rockit. Clear orange pour. Not the most pleasant aroma. Stale and malty. Rough ride down the throat too. Not fan.

12oz bottle pours a bright copper/orange with a large off-white head. Smells like a down jacket on a cold day, seriously. Taste of earthy caramel malts and dry English hops. Well balanced, pretty standard for an EPA, enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a slight red with some white head. Decent grassy hops on the nose, similar decent grassy hops on the nose. Wish I hadn’t overpaid for this at Muddy Pig.
2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 philipmeese (51) - Rowayton, Connecticut, USA - MAR 27, 2013
12oz bottle. Pours a clear rich amber color with a healthy, foamy head that lasts. Light cereal aroma with toast background. the sip sits more thinly than i would have expected with slight saltiness that fades quickly to a clean finish. Maybe a little too clean and a little disappointing. Overall, i would favor something more full bodied.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 b3shine (2230) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 14, 2013
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.; thanks DrSilverworm). Not sure when this was bottled. Looks solid; dark for a pale ale though. A semi-transparent burnt-orange with off-white lacing. Smells and tastes of APA-level bitter hops with a pretty malty backbone. Average on the palate. Alright, but a little wet for me.

On tap at...well read my last rating. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A sweet caramel nose with flavor hops. The flavor is a clean easygoing pale, some biscuit, floral hops. Decent and to style.

Copper color with a medium head. Light piney hop aroma. Light caramel and biscuit malt flavor. Some pine notes, and fairly vegetal hop character. Moderate bitterness.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 tbopslt (157) - New York, USA - FEB 23, 2013
(From Notes 2011) Served from a bottle at Durgin Park in Boston Massachusetts.
Copper colored finish with a head of about two inches in thickness. Minor lacing is present
A nice aromatic combination of bitter hops and sweet malt.
A quality malt body has a touch of sweetness. Some fruit flavors are present. Some slight bitterness on the finish.
Decent drinkability for a full bodied beer. Would drink again.
