12 oz bottle-pours a 2 finger high, rich, rocky, tan head that laces. Cloudy burnt orange color with effervescence. Aroma is malt, creamy, musty, background hops. Taste is a burst of hops with some bite, then balanced by a creamy, sweet malt and fruity. Nice. (much different tasting when I had it later with food)

Sep 6, 2008 Spot on to style. This is how to use hops when not trying to make a big beer or overpower the drinker. Decnt roasted malt notes abound. Tinny finish lowers the rating.

Aug 24, 2008 (Bottle). Tangy hops aroma. Pours hazy bright orange with a smallish white head. Mild citrusy somewhat bitter flavor with a nice dry astringent finish. Refreshing.
