Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Very sophisticated aroma, tart yet subtle. Spicy and herbal. Light body, again very subtle fruity and spicy - hard to pinpoint exactly, but it’s very, very sophisticated. Coconut perhaps. Ends dry and only slightly tart. A most amazing and very drinkable Sour. 290512

Pouring in the tap room at the brewery, and then got to try a bottle with Jeff of the four year old first batch as well. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Soft fruit, pear, bright lemon and acid, light brett. The new younger (at 3 years) version had a lot more lemony acid on the nose than the first batch. A lot like a slightly smaller Beatification. Lemony and sour. Smooth with gentle but ever present acid. Dry wheat tones, more fruit notes. Grapes, pears, lingering lemon. Fantastic stuff. This was the first beer I had at Cisco, after getting there via a nice 20 mile bike ride around the island. This was the perfect thirst quenching beer to start off with. Could drink this every day.
