Bottle courtesy of Nisse666. Pours clear pale yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet with canned corn, cereal, straw and artificial sweetener. Taste is sweet, sour, perfume like and fruity with cereal, canned peaches, hay, dry soil and lemon hard candy. Mouthfeel is astringent, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and sour with lemon hard candy, canned peaches, cereal, hay and dry soil.

Golden colour with a white head. Some citric notes in the aroma. A better mouthfeel than the standard cisk lager. Hoppy and a nice mild malty background.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Pershore Road, Birmingham. A pale lager. Excuse me while I attempt to contain my excitement. Taste is...odd - skunky grapefruit. Quite bitter though and with a long-ish finish, just not a pleasant one.

On tap. Golden yellow body, clear, with small but lasting white head. Light malts aroma, some citrus and straw. Low carbonation and light bitterness, thin body, not interesting.

Had this on bottle and on cans @ Malta. Pours sparkling yellow, pale golden, with a thick white head. Crispy, bit grassy but clean aroma’s. Good refreshing lager. It’s a bit sweeter than the regular one. But it’s a minor difference.

Originally rated September 2008. This Mediterranean brew is made for the warm climate this country has. It pours a light yellow colour with a big foamy white head, that actually stays a while and leaves lacing all over (in weird shapes of all kind). The aromas are a little malty with a slight twist of citrus. Decent carbonation composed of many small bubbles that keeps on going strong. The taste is pretty light, with some grain flavour and a metallic finish. Not much aftertaste, maybe a bit of bitterness. Refreshing for that tempature (like mentioned) and nice to try a beer from Malta, but that is about it.
