2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, and malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
20110117 12oz bottle thanks to dmac. Iíve been aging this one until it reached proper maturity. Phenomenal aroma of banana-bubblegum paint thinner is so overpowering that itís making me excited for my first sip almost immediately. Lovely pale yellow beneath thin white foam that lasts. Flavor is actually not as shockingly bad as expected, but is almost totally dominated by the alcohol and some waffle-like sweetness. Lingering heat. Meh, Iíve had worse. Thanks for the Malta tick, Dave!

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, skunk and cheap malt. Sweet flavour of malt and yeast, complemented by heavy bitter notes of alcohol (and to some extent hops). Lingering alcohol presence. Bitter finish. I donít like this beer style and I donít like this particular beer, either. Still, I have tasted worse SPLs.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at Malta Festival outside European Parliament (Brussels). Golden body with small but promising head. Nose quite strong and noticeable Alcohol content. Taste is sweet, with bread and malts, but also quite alcy. Too much for me. Quite creamy texture. Malt liquour, not a style with promise.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
smells like alcohol and grain. flavor is sweet, bitter, and alcohol. mostly alcohol though. itís not well-hidden in this beer. this is almost disgusting but not quite that bad. borderline iíd say. just needs to be sold in a cheap 40oz bottle instead of a six pack.

1.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Light gold, quite dull, no head. Plastic aroma and a bit of alcohol. Taste is only a little plasticy, and it is cleaner, less grainy than regular Cisk. For the type, itís positively civilized. Malt liquor for adults.
