"Extra Sgtrong lager beer"
An outstanding bottom fermented, strong premium lager brewed from barley malt. Its bitter taste and fresh hop aroma gives this high-gravity beer its strong continental lager flavour.

11.2 oz of brand new country!!! Poured a mostly clear honey gold body with an average size foamy white head. Aroma was lots of cereal grains, white grapes and lots of alcohol. Body is actually slightly on the flat side with a good dose of alcohol heat. Flavor is almost nonexistant which is fine because what is detectable is some old rotting cereal grain and fermenting grapes. Drink this one cold and fast is all I can say.

From a bottle poured a golden color with a small amount of head. Strong malty flavor with a lingering alcohol finish.

Bottle from Fratto. He wasn’t going to purchase it until I informed him it was a malt liquor and he snatched it up. Clear golden color. Little head. Aroma is dust, grain, paint thinner, and cardboard. Flavor is heavy grain, slight sweetness and clay earth. Finish is gone.

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, caramel, and malt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

At B&B. Dark yellow, no foam remaining. Light barley aroma, taste dominated by high alcohol content, bit sweet. (Malta 201604)

20110117 12oz bottle thanks to dmac. I’ve been aging this one until it reached proper maturity. Phenomenal aroma of banana-bubblegum paint thinner is so overpowering that it’s making me excited for my first sip almost immediately. Lovely pale yellow beneath thin white foam that lasts. Flavor is actually not as shockingly bad as expected, but is almost totally dominated by the alcohol and some waffle-like sweetness. Lingering heat. Meh, I’ve had worse. Thanks for the Malta tick, Dave!

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, skunk and cheap malt. Sweet flavour of malt and yeast, complemented by heavy bitter notes of alcohol (and to some extent hops). Lingering alcohol presence. Bitter finish. I don’t like this beer style and I don’t like this particular beer, either. Still, I have tasted worse SPLs.

Pours a clear darker golden color, topped with a relatively small white head. Malty aroma, slightly smelly and obvious alcohol aroma. Taste is similar, malty and sweet but with a pretty obvious alcohol presence, unpleasant, medium bitterness. Alcohol is too obvious to be enjoyable.
