COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A heavy strong stout brewed with coffee, brown sugar and oats. With its powerful quality and morning ingredients it seems parallel to a solid dawn session at Blacks. An inside connection to boutique roasted fare trade beans we were granted the opportunity to make this exceptional brew.

Pours pitch black wih a two finger kakhi head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of roasted malts, cold brew coffee, milk chocolate, licorice, and some light ash. Tate is roasted malts, coffee, bakers coco, licorice, dark fruits, vanilla, and al little ash. Has a medium-full body with a creamy mouthfeel and a semi bitter, medium long finish. Overall, a pretty nice Imp. stout that features some nice coffee flavor.

22 oz bomber into a DFH glass. Pours a pitch black with a dark mocha head. Nice level of lacing and retention. Nose is huge on the coffee. When it’s cold it leans towards dry cocoa powder but as it warms up it transforms into rich milk chocolate. Touch of roast and vanilla. Taste is cold pressed coffee and rich chocolate. A little roasted malts, but that’s basically it. It doesn’t need to be complex or layered though, this is delicious. Aftertaste is vanilla rich bitter coffee.Mouth feel is full and creamy. Very impressive beer.

Share courtesy of beernads. Cheers, Hunter! Pours a nice stout brown color with an off-tan head. Nose is some nice roast, some coffee and espresso followed by some earth and ash. Flavor is similar with roast, coffee, baker’s chocolate, earth, and slight ash. Medium in body and a nice stout overall.

22 ounce bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Nice looking pour with big tan head. Coffee and some molasses. Nice chocolate finish. Body is not as big as I’d expect from the ABV.
