On tap at the Cismontane brewery tap room a couple months ago. A nice blend of Chardonnay qualities with the sparkle and funk of a saison. I enjoyed the Brut du Sauvin more but this is an excellent intro to beer for wine people.

I had this on tap at CIsmontane Brewing in Ranch Santa Margarita, CA. This is a very interesting take on a saison and I really enjoyed it. The chardonnay barrel aging adds some nice complementary complexity to the fruitiness of the saison. This beer would be fun to pair with food. Lots of nice flavors in this one.
