COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
To be deciduous is to shed your leaves at maturity. This is strictly a seasonal process something that is natural. A process that is tied to the change in seasons when light rains begin to fall and the leaves turn to red. We brewed this beer to reflect that amber color of the leaf that is halfway though the trip. Giving way to something lighter and bright to reflect the first few rains of the fall. The brilliant hop character is like dried fruits, ripe with pineapple and apricot that are something you might enjoy at a holiday gathering. This beer is brewed for fall sessions with family and friends.

On tap. Golden pour with a slick of white foam. Aroma is resinous pine and bitter hops with light malt sweetness. Taste is medium bitterness with some pine and a bit of malt sweetness. Fairly clean mouthfeel. Nice beer.

Hazed pale orange pour with a white head. Nose is tangerine, orange, and floral hops. A nice bready malt note, but not really much sweetness. Kind of a light aroma, actually. The flavor is citrusy and floral with a very mild bitterness. Light grass notes, bread, cracker, and a dry finish.

This was one sparkly hoppy beer. Each sip brings a zap of carbonation and a decidedly earthy and herbal bitterness. Really filling too. Has a spice character lurking in there as well.

Always looking for a well-balanced session (lower alcohol) IPA and this one has a great balance of hop and body and only 4.5 ABV...excellent! Great cloudy amber look too! Happy New Beer Year!
