Draft sample. Poured clear dark golden color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate offensive sweet aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Soft brew that smells weak.

Draft to taster at Dutch’s. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells and tastes light and clean with notes of dough and a nice, crisp mouthfeel. An easy drinker, but that’s about it.

On tap. Mostly clear golden yellow color. Thin off-white head, dots and ropes of lace. Looks pretty good. Medium body. Smooth, crisp carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Bready, light pepper. Some toasty malt. Creamed corn. Light bit of orange citrus hop. Moderate bitter taste, minimal sweet. Pretty solid, satisfying cream ale. Enjoyable to drink on a hot day. Full-flavored, but not heavy.

Clear golden pour with a white head. Nose is grainy sweetness, some bread, grass, and yeast. A light apple note, maybe some water. The flavor is light and grainy. Some grass, mild bread, and some apple. Light yeast and cracker, maybe a bit watery.

On nitro at Beer Belly. Pours a light yellow. Aroma is minimal here as to be expected. The taste is smooth partially due to the dispense method but also because this is a light beer. Not complex but very tasty.

Nitro tap. Pours with a crystal clear yellow hued body with a white head. Aromas are grainy, clean and lightly estery, low toast. Pretty crisp and non offensive. Hard to smell with the nitro treatment on a pint in a busy bar. Flavors are grainy, salty, seltzery, light ester, sweet cornbread, medium hop, medium low bitterness. Clean and straight forward. Easy to drink. Creamy, nitro carbonation cannot hide a very thin body. Dry.
