3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Beer Revolution. Pours cloudy blonde with a huge off-white head and a fruity and yeast aroma. There is a moderately sour pale malt flavor with a white wine finish. Not a whole lot of flavor.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500mL from Vendome. Cap looked like it wasnít capped correctly- looked wonky. Needs QCing. Cloudy straw, weak foam. Juicy apricot nose with skunk, sulphur. Taste is metallic, licking pennies, nectarine. Refreshing at least. Palate is dusty, tannic. Not so bad.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
First Iíd like to say that the plant species Oxalis pes-caprae can go fuck itself. What an obnoxious weed. This beer is kinda like a cross between Orval and berliner weisse -- but not as good as that would hypothetically be. Light orangey gold with a big white head. Bananas and oranges on the nose, tart wheaty influence there as well as the flavor. Mildly sour, lots of wheat, nice mild toasty oak in the finish. Some Chardonnay grapes as well. This isnít going to blow anyoneís socks off with complexity but itís easy to drink and pleasantly tart.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours with a mostly clear pale yellow hued body with a large foamy white head. Great lace. Aromas are of lactic acid and funk, some wine barrel tannins, a bit vinous, light vanillin, grainy malt, light grapes and a hint of tropical fruit. Flavors are really watery with a ton of oak lactone and tannin. Sourness is pretty minimal. Grainy, mild funk and damp wood. A bit soapy. Really, shockingly mild in its tartness (compared to the nose). Funk is medium, level and somewhat generic. Lots of wood. Fizzy and a touch off-dry. More complexity than the flemish red, but a very bland and flabby flavor.
