Bottle shared at RBWG Asheville. Hazy very pale yellow color. Aroma is earthy and sweaty. Taste is softly sour, dank, floral apples, dry finish.

Bottle shared at downtown Inn during RBWG. Pours a clear pale yellow color with zero head. The aroma and flavor have sweet apples, green apple, some hop character, but this is another cider to me.

An Ashley rating: Bottle. Pours translucent pale gold, not too bubbly. Crisp, sweet apple, well balanced with the slightest hoppy bitterness. Your burps taste like hops, but the burps are good too. Very light, with a nice balance of tartness and sweetness.

On tap, aroma is big on the Nelson hops. Golden pour. Flavor is mostly some light apple and a touch of skunky hops. Light to medium body. Better than the regular citizen with the addition of some cheesy hops.

(Rating #5543)

Tasted on 2/7/14 bottle at the Friday night tasting at RBWG Asheville, thanks to Travlr for sharing. Pours cloudy, super pale yellow with an average white head that disappears pretty quickly. The nose is really hop-focused with the tropical fruity Nelson, and just a touch of earthy fresh apple. The flavor is more cider forward with the hops taking a bit more of a back seat. The body is medium with some fizzy carbonation and a long tropical hops finish.

Pretty good cider. The hops are odd but make for an interesting fruity herbal uniqueness. This is a relatively dry and lightly tart cider with some nice light sweetness in the middle. Pretty tasty.

This one was shared at the Downtown Inn Friday Night Bottle Share. Pours a pale, lightly hazed yellow with no head. More hop-forward than apple-forward on the nose, but the reverse is true on the flavor. Light-bodied, with a fresh, effervescent mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Very nice cider.

Bottle shared by Gene at RBWG 2014, thanks! Pours a cloudy transparent water like color with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earty grassy hops with some earthy apple underlying. Flavor has earthy apple as well with a bit of earthy pine backing.

2014 RBWG. Bottle shared at the Friday Night Downtown Inn Bottle Share. Pale yellow with n head. Strange aroma. Light cider flavor. I don’t know about hopping cider. Doesn’t work for me.
