16oz can pours a crystal clear straw gold with zero head and some apparent combination. Nose is solid, apple juice, apple skins, a little buttery. Flavor is the same, sweet apple, some buttery apple pie crust, some green apple skin, a little champagne grape. Clean finish, not at all sulfurous. Nice.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on Easter Sunday. Appearance is a bubbly clear pale gold with no head. Aroma is a rich mix of apples and light cinnamon. Taste goes down with a nice moderate carbonation and a nice apple blend. Good stuff.

Hey an American cider that’s not horrible! This is becoming more common and something I can get used to. This stuff pours a clear yellow color and perfectly clear. If you split the difference between champagne and a light lager, I’d imagine you’d come up w/ something like this. It is fruity w/ chardonnay-like green apple notes. This is just a touch sweet which works pretty well though it tends to cloy just a little bit if you are drinking more than a wine-glass full. It finishes w/ a bit of an apple-skin astringent note. This is maybe not the most complex and flavorful stuff in the world by damned if it isn’t a world better than the apple flavored soda pop that typically passes for cider.

Very light golden, nice apple aroma, natural crisp flavor, tastes less commercially produced, slightly higher ABV than normal but didn’t taste it.

My wife hauled this back from VT for me - thanks wife! Pours a very pale wheat color with a white head that quickly fizzes away. The smell is fresh cut green apples, tart with a touch of perfume. The taste is apple skin, must, green apple, tart and dry. Light in body with pretty active carbonation. Pretty tasty stuff.

Draft at three penny with Linh, Minh and Angela. Pours a clear golden body with no lacing. Aroma is clean apple slices. Mouthfeel is thin with typical apple cider flavors - nothing offensive or articial, just nice light apple character throughout.
