Pours a very sharp and clean lightly tinted beverage with two fingers of quickly dissipating white head. Nose shows raw green apple and some fruity esters. A touch of alcohol and not much else. Flavor leaves something to be desired. Singular apple character. Light dry body.

Bottle from App Vintner - pours clear pale yellow, mostly still. Aroma is a bright fresh tart apple, which carries through to a nice refreshing spicy off-dry cider. Nice!

Bottle from Appalachian vintner. Pours clear and golden with no head. Has a bit of a green apple thing on the nose. Runs more to the dry end of things but has a nice tartness to keep things interesting. It’s very quaffable.

16oz can pours a crystal clear straw gold with zero head and some apparent combination. Nose is solid, apple juice, apple skins, a little buttery. Flavor is the same, sweet apple, some buttery apple pie crust, some green apple skin, a little champagne grape. Clean finish, not at all sulfurous. Nice.

>> Pours crystal clear white near seltzer water pour, soda foam. White grape and lychee jelly nose. Good carbonation, nice green apple flavors, extremely simple. Refreshing, pear and green apple soda brightness. Comes in cans now and is apparently a major hit in the area.

Purchased at Bottles and Cans in Chicago, IL; enjoyed on Easter Sunday. Appearance is a bubbly clear pale gold with no head. Aroma is a rich mix of apples and light cinnamon. Taste goes down with a nice moderate carbonation and a nice apple blend. Good stuff.

Hey an American cider that’s not horrible! This is becoming more common and something I can get used to. This stuff pours a clear yellow color and perfectly clear. If you split the difference between champagne and a light lager, I’d imagine you’d come up w/ something like this. It is fruity w/ chardonnay-like green apple notes. This is just a touch sweet which works pretty well though it tends to cloy just a little bit if you are drinking more than a wine-glass full. It finishes w/ a bit of an apple-skin astringent note. This is maybe not the most complex and flavorful stuff in the world by damned if it isn’t a world better than the apple flavored soda pop that typically passes for cider.
