Aromas are very floral, with notes of nectarine and citrus fruit. Golden with a moderately fading, white head. Dry, tart, and bitter. Light-medium body with fizzy carbonation, and a clean, cider-like finish.

Light golden amber colour with medium head. Surprisingly hazy for a pilsner. Light floral hops aroma with a touch of citrus. Thin body with lively carbonation. Dry on the tongue with a slightly bitter finish followed by a slightly unpleasant sour malt aftertaste.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2012 Bottle at DOC. It has nice yeasty notes. Aroma of caramel and hay, with some green apple and citrus. Taste is sweet, with sour notes, and average length. Palate is oily, carbonated, and medium bodied. Yellow, cloudy, the head doesn’t last.

(bottle) Clear straw coloured with big white head. Pleasant and intriguing aroma; citrus dominates but there is grass and spice plus some subtle barnyard notes. Medium body, well carbonated. Lovely refreshing flavour with subtle interesting things going on - tangy and spicey, but there is some really interesting character I think from the yeast. There’s a decent bitter finish. Overall I really enjoyed this (I see that mine will be the highest rating so far). It was a very nice refreshing beer with some interesting subtle character. (It was also a few months past its nominal best before date).

Bottle at a small restaurant in Bologna, the only beer that they had on. 27.02.11 Pours hazy gold/light amber. There is some lemon in the mouth and on the nose. Quite dry, touch of light soapy hop. Fine. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Cloudy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Herbal fruity and yeasty aroma. Dry and somewhat tart yeasty flavour with grainy malts. Bitter finish.

RBESG 2010, bottle at Sforno, Rome
Cloudy blond color. Light hop aroma, fresh. Dry and weak mouthfeel, light citrusy hops. Dry final, with respectable bitterness.

75 cl bottle. Pours golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is earthy, malty and hoppy. Flavour is earth, malts and hops. Refreshing. Good quality pilsener.
