COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Accompagna bene primi delicati, carni chiare, pesce, pizza e formaggi freschi. 12.5°

750ml bottle from Enoteca Bonatti, Firenze, sampled at The Penguin. Peachy murk with a white head dissipating to a halo, then nothing. Delicious fresh herbal hop and pale malt aroma immediately evocative of Munchen and beyond, with notes of fresh cut grass, lemon and lime, wine gums, honey and yep, a splash of Spumante. All that in the mouth with added soapy citrus, bags of shrubby hop, flowers, honey, lingering bread and biscuit.Totally fresh and harmonious, not a note out of place. Only disappointing thing is that slightly pondwatery conditioning and lack of sparkle, odd considering the Spumante yeast used. Still, a fitting birthday toast and a beer that with a little tweaking could be world class.

Buona, bevuta a Slow Fish, mentre aspettavo che mi si preparasse il piatto degustazione di trota friulana.

Bottle @ Italian tasting @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow with a medium creamy white head. A touch of lacing. Aroma is malty, maize, herbs and a little touch of wine gums. Rather dry mouthfeel. Flavour is moderately sweet, herbal, light yeastiness and some hot peppers. A little melon and flowery hops. I’m surprised to read this as a Pilsner! Great!

Bottle, chris_o shindig. Slightly hazy yellowy straw, thin white head. Nose is fusty, damp citrus. Lemon and grapefruit. Mouth is dusty, dull, damp hop. Palate is damp and mouldy. Pity about this one.

Bottle 0.33L. Golden body with a medium, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with a fair lacing. Herbla hoppy aroma with light malty and yeasty notes; notes of vegetables. Flavour is moderate-to-heavy bitter, with a light-to-moderate acidic note; at the beginning a light sweet note (honey) is also present, but disappears in the finish, while the bitter and acidic characters become stronger. Light and dry palate; lively carbonation and light astringent feeling in the finish. Pecuilar brew showing pils characters together with honey and yeasty notes.

Bottle. Hazy gold/yellow colour. Light aroma, couldn’t pick up much, but it was innofensive. Mouthfeel is quite thin and the flavour shows some light wheaty malt and some grassyness, but in very light doses of each. Quite soft, with a short finish.
