Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lacing white head. Bananaish and yeasty nose. Light body, some banana but the yeast dominates. Dry finish with yeast and phenols. Poor. 100910

Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, paper notes, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, citrus acidic, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100910]

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy golden coloured with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma off spices, citrus and bananas. Fruity flavour of citrus and bananas with notes of spices. Spicy finish.

Hazy golden with a medium white head. Sweet and yeasty aroma with wheat and lemons. Flavor had yeast, wheat and hints of banana.

cloudy yellow smooth white head. spicy , wheaty aroma. flavor is flowery, spicy,wheaty. ends wheaty and slighlty bitter.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing egg-colored beer. The aroma has notes of citrus and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, eggs, lemon, and hops, leading to a dry lemony finish.

Bona sta weizen del cittavecchia, bevuta alla spina a Slow Fish (Genova); come aperitivo, perché avevamo cercato affannosamente il banchetto dei birrifici. C’erano Cittavecchia, Beba, Bryton e Golfo.
