12oz bottle acquire as part of the Mystery Beer Swap v2 from DocLock (thanks!). Poured a lighter and see through straw color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of grain, some straw/grass, and a touch of honey. Tastes of grain and lightly honey sweet. Thin and watery body.

Corn-yellow/gold beer; somewhat fluffy off-white head, not very stable. Metallic-grassy nose, even a bit like sewage water - otherwise said, pretty unappetizing. Unpleasant, slightly lemony-sour and very metallic taste, plus a flavour as from decaying grass. light, watery, fizzy, but the aggressive flavour keeps coming. Ugh! Txs to DavidA - I guess ;^}

Bottle from Pat’s. Medium gold pour with minimal, frothy white head. Aroma is pale grainy malt, some honey, hops, and fruit. Light to medium palate with more flavor breadth than many lagers, giving notes of initial pale grainy malt and honey, with subdued apricotty fruit and hops at mid-palate. Not bad.

Straw color with a tall somewhat lasting white fluffy/fizzy head. Light herbal hops and grainy aroma {(very light)[very, very light]very, very, very light} . Light grape and malt flavors. Hints of bitterness. A touch to effervescent, but really not to bad.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2006 A nice light lager that is very cheap in the cans. Bright gold body with a rather large head. The aroma is grainy corn and some grass with a hint of sweaty socks. The taste is light corn and some honey with a little bit of spice in the finish. Not bad if you don’t mind a slightly sweet lager.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Skyview (4739) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - OCT 1, 2007
Sampled on draught at the ABR 07 in Minneapolis, MN. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with a fast dissolving white head that leave behind a white ring and no lacing. Aroma of light bready malt, a touch of lemon citrus zest and even a hint of honey. Taste is light bodied, well carbonated, smooth with a bready malt and citrus hop flavor. Finish has a slight bitter taste at first and then crisp and clean cut. This definately reminds me of the original Heileman’s Old Style beer of the 1980s.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Dogbrick (4531) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - NOV 28, 2005
Courtesy of Vinny’s at the La Crosse airport. Clear straw color with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Nil lacing. Aroma of mild hops and wet paper bag. Light-bodied and crisp with a decent hoppy character, along with a hint of malt. The finish is bitter but not flavorful. All in all this is an average Lager.

Can. Poured starchy yellow with a big stark white foam head. Starchy and corny, this reminds me of the old school beers my grandpa used to drink.
