Ungstrup (29851) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 17, 2007
Bottled. A hazy orange-amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, as well as light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of burnt malt and herbs as well as a slight acidity, leading to a dry bitter finish.

yngwie (14161) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 30, 2007
Bottle. (at papsoe’s pre-festival tasting) Golden-orange body, almost clear, with a small, white head. Caramel, malt and some hops in the aroma. A bit regular, but it’s not bad for a Christmas beer. Pleasant bitterness in the flavor to fill in with the malt and caramel. Medium to full body, and a finish that is mostly hopped, leaving the malt in the background. Pleasant and quaffable. (070510)

Bottle. Brown beer with a nice light head. The aroma is very lightly chocolatey, and the flavour is smooth, lightly dry and very slightly fruity. Overall a nice smooth beer.

Bottled. Well, this is appearntle another infected beer from Cambridge. It pours out in hazy reddish amber body with a low white head. Sour aroma with notes of oranges and green apples. Harsch sour flavour of green apples and oranges with faint sweet undertones of fudge. Papery and sour aftertaste. What a waste....
