Bottled. Pours out in a hazy reddish amber colour topped with firm white head. Caramel, toasted malts, earth with a light citric note in the aroma. The flavour is quite sour and the beer feels rather infected. Hints of earth and nuts. Finishes really sour and sharp, hints of green apples and burnt plastics.

Bottle. Brownish and slightly hazy. Some acidity then bitterness.Left lots of sediment. Not a good example of the art of bottling.

Bottle condtioned. Dark red/brown with a small off-white head. Aromas are light roast malts followed by lots of earthy hops. Spicy with some chocolate malts. Has light fruitiness with dry tea. A decent light hoppy bitter.
