COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A beautiful, fragrant golden-amber STOCK ALE, which is akin to a very bitter, fragrant and filtered I.P.A. 15 degrees Plato. Loads of hops! Oh Mama!

On tap at the source. Comes to the table a crystal clear pale straw color with a solid white head that leaves lots of lace. The aroma is light sugar with a bready hint and spicy floral hops to balance. The flavor is light sugar with a solid spicy hop bite and low hop bitterness. Medium body with a moderate to high level of carbonation and a slick bubbly mouthfeel. Decent enough brew but not my favorite of the night.

Bottle shared by Travlr. Pours clear dark gold with a small, frothy white head, short retention with soare lacing. Aroma is pine, citrus and resin hops with biscuit malt. Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness with light malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Thanks to Travlr. I always wanted a blonde on blonde and now I got it. Aroma was very light toasted malt notes, sweetness. Flavor had some lght malts. Touch metalic, but better than my initial smell.

Bottle from Julio’s. clody golden yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of citursybgrass, subtle white pepper. Taste is peppery straw. Tasted side by side with some Hookers, it just seemed appropriate. Thomas Hooker, that is.

Grassy pine sap and caramel malt here. Effervescent yellow, one finger froth. Extensively bitter throughout, sweet citrus finish. Crisp, lighter beer. An IPA that can be called sessionable without cheating in some way.

Pours out orange .. medium foam .. lacing is pretty good .. . bottle is showing a bit of age .. some sap and little honey .. . umm, not much else to say, i did pay a single dollar for the bottle (shoky) so i’m not complaining .. . . i can break 100 coconuts! ...

Draft at the brewpub. Everything screams "Sierra Nevada knockoff" at first, but this earns its own kudos. Not as assertive as many American pales, this is exceptionally even keeled and easy to drink, yet still exhibiting some great American, citrusy hop components. Very good. (#4903, 1/14/2013)

Bottle to pint (thanks tmoney99). Looks solid; a hazy orange with thin white lacing. Smells of grapefruit hops. Tastes the same with an average mouthfeel. A solid no-frills IPA.

This is a pale ale? Not in my book, but I found it pretty pleasant. Bottle. Poured orange with a thick head, laced the glass some. I thought the mouthfeel was a bit thin and the finish underwhelming. Mild hops, citrus, resin. Decent session beer, but I have many others I prefer over it.
