COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A very serious thumb banging version of an AMERICAN INDIA PALE ALE. Galena, Simcoe & Amarrillo hops create an intensely bitter mouth feel and warm citrus aroma. 18P. Uunfiltered.

on tap-pours a patchy off white head that laces and copper/red color. Aroma is sweet tangerine/pink grapefruit/lemon. Taste is sweet tangerine/pink grapefruit/lemon, then pine/resin hops with a dry/grapefruit rind bitter (Amarillo, simcoe, galena) is more than some but there are a lot more hops. Mouth feel is grainy and slightly slick. Medium towards full body. Soft carbonation.

Golden pour with a sticky white head that leaves lace all over the glass. The nose is quite piny. Some fairly prominent pine, orange and tropical fruit over a fairly unusual vanillaish character on the back. The palate is fairly sweet up front with a lightly honeyish flavour. Unsurprisingly, it’s a lot sweeter than the regular IPA and the hops could definitely be ramped up in here, but it’s a fairly nice brew nonetheless.

Tap @ the pub. Clear copper color with an off-white head. Huge grapefruit flesh and juice aroma that pretty much covers all of the malt component. Short grapefruit citrus start to the flavor. Caramel malt middle. Citrus rind and pith finish. Mild to moderate bitterness. Semi-dry with a light-medium body. Very nice.

Pours yellow/gold with a decent white head. Smells of pronounced citrus and touches of dry malt. tastes of caramel with a touch of bitterness and a nice citrussy finish. Enjoyable.
