Pours amber/brown with a thin white head. Smells earthy with some resiny hints. Tastes of sweet caramel, citrus, some peppery splashes. Subdued and enjoyable.

On tap at City Steam. Pours an amber/orange with a thick white head. Aroma of citrusy, piney, and grassy hops and mostly dominated by bitter grassy hops. Flavor of a nice slight bitterness with a good sweet malt backbone. Delicious!

Tap. Aroma of lovely citrusy, grapefruity, oily hops. Flavor has more resinous hoppiness with a solid malt base and a nice bitter kick with pine in the finish. Quite sluggable.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2008 Draught at City Steam: Sweet hoppy aroma. Smells of hops, pine, citrus, resin and some toasted malts. Poured amber in color with a small, dense, creamy, white head that diminished but left a thin skin. Clear. Not sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is light to medium bitter and lightly sweet. Tastes of hops, grapefruit, malts, caramel, and resin. Medium body. Sticky texture. Average carbonation. Hoppy, resiny finish is dry.
