Whiskey colored with a minimal edge head. Low carbonation. Rye aroma with some sweetness and liquorice. Very bourbon-like in its flavor, with loads of whiskey malt and rye bitterness. Liquorice flavor emerges as well, although light and unobtrusive. Lightly cloying as well. Very interesting and a tasty winter whiskey sipper.
