2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: JUN 13, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Golden lager with a decent head. Very aromatic - although from a nondescript source, itís not just the hops.... Quite dry without much hop character. Underlying sweetness. Not that bad - for Romania that is. 290603

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. A clear one, rather pale golden in color and with a small, white head on top. The aroma has a decent dose of hops, as well as lightly bready maltyness. Some fruityness too. Quite decent actually. Thereís a metallic touch in the end, a respectable bitternes too, with semi-dry maltyness initially. Medium body, quite dry. A decent one, nothing impressive, but sure drinkable. 120516

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Can (BB 06/2007)
Pale yellow color, small white color. Fruity, lemon esters and cardboard in the nose, like in any tropical lager. Acidic, a bit estery (lemon), mostly boring cardboardish flavors. Nothing special.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2012 2012 update: Golden and bright. Light aroma but the palate has a delicate spicy hop. Hints of malt. Decent, refreshing and relatively dry macro.
Original rating, 2011: Can from a random Eastern Euro grocer in Nicosia. Hazy light yellow. Smells a bit doughy. Low bitterness and vague minty, sugary hops but all told itís a clean, bland pale lager. Nothing going for it, but nothing wrong with it.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours very pale golden with a small, fizzy, white film head. Aroma has apples, sweet corn, citrus, light skunky. Medium carbonation, fine dusty and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is kinda sweet, light maize, kinda sharp citric bitterness. A bit watery in the finish.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Green bottle. Slight waft of skunk when cap came off. Pours gold with a slight white head. Apparently there wasnít much skunk cause the nose is bready and grassy. Near med body. Flavor is bready, and there is some grassy/spicy hop. Iíd say no skunk at all. Gotta be one of the better pale lagers of East Europe.
