1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Surprised by how few rates this had. It was in the cooler section with all of the other European Pilsners. I almost passed it up. Gold pour with very little carbonation. Soapy head. Very weak grassy scent. Watery with a slight oily mouth. Grassy, slightly herby. Overall watery and forgettable.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle in Cluj Napoca, Romania. Pretty similar to the last few i’ve rated. Typical grain fare, both nose and taste. This one had an added hint of some herbal spices. Not so bad.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
500ml can. Big white head with low retention. Clear yellow colour. Nose of hop and fresh grass. Fresh, coarse taste, so characteristic for Romanian beer.
Pretty high carbonation. Definitely changed since Heineken bought the company, and became another common euro lager. Now it’s just a bitter Heineken.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can. Medium gold with a soap sudsy head. Floral, bready and rain water aromas. Refreshing palate. Good fresh bread flavour leads to a solid hop bitterness. Standard but enjoyable.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear golden color with an avergae white head that settles down very quickly.
The aroma is easily picked up - malts, slight skunk and some biscuity aroma.
The taste is sweet at first, followd by nice bitterness in the finish. SLight metallic aftertaste, but still easily drinkable.
