Bottle. Pale golden colour, with white head that quickly fades. Skunky wet aroma. Crisp refreshing taste.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pretty easy drinking brew, overall its quite nice, as it got warmer it started to taste extra bitter and not in a great way.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
I think this is one of the better of Romania’s beers. Poured with a nice foamy, frothy head, white with fine bubbles. Good lace. Pleasant golden yellow hue. Mild slightly sweet nose and beery. Flavor’s grainy, a bit of hops, and pale malt. Bit thin. But stlll quite drinkable. Clean. Balanced. Smooth. Nice finish.

While this one was the third of four differnt Romanian beers my friend "smuggled" back into the US for me, I was expecting more garbage like the first two. However this one suprised me, because it wasn’t actually bad compared to the first two. This was was very crisp, nicely hopped, no aftertaste of corn or formaldahyde. I was just a nice beer. I can see this one going down very nicely after a long walk (or run, depending on who you and where you are) thru the streets of Bucharest or Transylvania or perhaps Miklosvar. All in all, my favorite so far of the Romania brews. If stranded in Romania, get this one."

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Yellow coloured brew. It’s not great, but it’s drinkable. A bit watery and fruity. Boring beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: SEP 1, 2013 500ml can from the LCBO. canned november 9th 2010. pours golden with a lasting white head that laces beautifully. aroma of mineral water, lean pale malt, nobel hops. the flavour start with mineral water, very lean but noticable pale malt and a ridiculously long minerally bitter hoppy finish. outstandingly good. my new go to pale lager./////////////////recent batches havnt been as good. rated down from 3.9 to 2.9//////////////////////// can BB 30/05/14. back to its old self! so minerally and fantastic. just so crushable. up there with pilsner urquell and bit burger when you get a good batch. if you love lager you gotta try this one. back up to 3.3

1.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
0.5 l can shared with Doggythedog, huge thanks! Poured golden body with smaller head. Malty, mostly dusty nose with some citrus hops and notes of corn besides. Flavor...what is this!? Metallic, soapy, ugly industrial bitter as well. After few sips poor palate gets used to it so some corn becomes evident but it’s strange anyway, ranging between sour, bitter and sweet. Drinkable to some stage, but still with awful bitter finish. How the hell can someone launch such beer I don’t know, obviously they miss someone who will actually try their crap before putting it on the market.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
Medium bubly aspect, discreet head of short resistance. Little metallic and pale aroma, notes of dampen grains and little other. Watery and bitterish taste, washed-out and unbalanced alcohol final.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can. Clean malty profile, a bit heavier than most of its counterparts. Not bad, though the unfiltered version is significantly better.

1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Lager like one in a hundred, but still one of the best in Romania. More bitter and less watery than the rest.
