Alla festa della birra artigianale a Bosio (AL), la migliore proposta presente, anche perché quelle di Pasturana erano un po’ appannate.

Bottle at the bar. Brewed by Civale for the Erbe 28 Bar. Hazy amber beer, good sized very pale tan head. Light palate. A little fine carbonation. Semi dry. Nice malt backbone, a little caramel. Frothy marmalade orange. Finishes semi dry and minerally. Good drinkability.

The Mervisia is dark gold with a snowy head. A complex nose with fruit, malt and alcohol. Firm malty body, sweet citrus. Belgian-like yeast, a little sweet and sour in the finish.

OleR (3658) - Oslo, NORWAY - FEB 25, 2010
Bottle shared by KnutAlbert. A stable, creamy latte head upon a hazed, orange colored body. Fruity, Belgo-yeasty smell, tangerines and ripe oranges. Notes of roasted nuts and toffee. Taste is more fruity than malty, not fully rounded, but with a fine caramelly and nutty undertone. Alcohol is noticable. Surprisingly light-bodied. Fresh, acidilous fruitiness in the finish. Good stuff.
