Bottle at the bar. Brewed by Civale for the Erbe 28 Bar. Very hazy amber beer, frothy white head. Typical saison like fruity nose. Crisp semi dry palate. Seltzer like minerals. Fresh malt with nice mild fruit flavours. A little creamy malt before the crisp finish that also carries a carbonated sting.

Pours pale muddy yellow with a style-representative big, white fluffy head. Aroma is lovely hoppy, apricot, grapefuit and a tad piney. High carbonation, fairly light and mildly dry palate. Flavour is mild, some crispy malts, light biscuity, grassy and grapefruity hops with a mild peppery finish. Good for a light, hoppy saison.

Amber colored. Hoppy nose with fruity and piney notes. Flavor like wise. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus, malt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lots of citrus, and pomerans, leading to a dry wheay finish.

Provata alla spina all’IBF2010 , in pieno stile saison, schiuma abbondante e pannosa. Profumo di frutta gialla, arancia e leggero sentore di lievito, come da stile. Corpo leggero e finale lungo con una bella punta di amaro.

Clear medium orange color with a large, creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, moderate hoppy and yeasty, flowers - grass - soap - perfume, coriander. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, peel bitter, sharp, hops.
