From the barrel at GBBF, day 3 on 3 August 2006. Cloudy gold appearance. Slight petrol on the nose. More petrolly in the flavour. Plenty of fruit though and decent light tannins.

Barrel at GBBF 2006. Hazy old gold colour. No head. Lots of petrol/kerosene aroma on this. Wow. Lots of sour apple and interesting flavours. I have written "hot" in my notes for some reason. Maybe the effects of that petrol aroma.
