Unclear medium orange red color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sulfur. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration, red dry apples, sulfur, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100805]

Fruity aroma. Amber red coloured fruity and sweet on the palate with a lasting finish.

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy orangeish amber colour with not too much head. Aroma is apple, cheese, some tart wood as well as mild farmyard. Flavour is rather apply with some bluecheese and mild spices. Pleasantly dry and balanced.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild butterish and acidic applefruity. Sweet apple fruity, almost caramelish. Sweet and fruity, vague sulphorish into the finish. Ends sweet.

Bag in a box at Bon Accord, Glasgow. A hazy orange cider with no head. THe aroma is of apples and wood, while the flavor is slighlty acidic with strong notes of apples, leading to a very dry and sligthly acidic finish.

Bon Accord. Aroma is wreekin of redwine vinigar, thistle, fresh mint and spice. Taste is far mellower, alot more apple kickin about.
